We offer several payment options including
virtually any valid credit card, debit cards backed
by Visa or MasterCard. We also accept
PayPal.
You may also contact us via email to process your
order directly. Please provide a phone number
where you may be reached, and we will contact you to
process you order if you choose this option.
The email option can be found in the payment
selection pull down menu during checkout.

We currently do not publish our phone
number. If you would like to speak with us we
would be glad to phone you directly. Please
provide your phone number and we will call you
directly. Our hours are 8am to 5pm (PST) Monday
through Friday.

We gladly accept checks and money orders.
Please select the email option during the order
checkout process along with your contact details, and
we will be in touch with you regarding the completion
of your order.
4: How do I check on my order status?

Orders are processed as rapidly as possible.
At times an item may not be in stock. If this
occurs, we will notify you of any potential
delays. If you are interested in the status of
your order, feel free to send us an email and we will
promptly investigate your query.
5: What shipping methods do you use?

We normally use UPS Ground (7-10 business days)
as our most economical Standard shipping
option.
Occasionally, we may use USPS with delivery
confirmation to ship promotional or back-ordered
items. Express orders are shipped UPS
Red (2-3 business days), and for overnight
shipments, we use Federal Express with next day
service to most locations in the USA. If you
require overnight shipments, please notify us in
your order.
All orders are handled within 1 business day of
receipt. Please note, however, that due to the
various pick-up times of our carriers, your order
may ship on the following business day.
For holiday delivery schedules, look for posted
information at checkout regarding dates and
recommended method for delivery on or before a
particular holiday.

We have special arrangements with our suppliers,
and as a result we are able to provide wholesale
pricing on selected items depending on volume.
If you are interested in purchasing our items
wholesale, please send us an email, and we will
gladly entertain your needs.

If you would like a standard catalog, we would be
happy to provide you with one. Send an email
requesting a complimentary catalog. We will
send you one free of charge.

We most certainly will attempt to meet your
needs. Simply notify us that you need special
shipping arrangements, and we will contact you if
there is a price difference for the service you
