Return Merchandise Procedure:
1. To return any product that
satisfies HumbleHomeStore.com's return/replace guarantee, you must
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days
of signature or delivery receipt by shipping carrier. Obtaining
an RMA number is easy, simply click the link below and provide us
with the following information:

Customer Order Number
Item Description
Reason For Return
Was it a gift ?

We will respond within one business
day with authorization and an RMA number.
2. HumbleHomeStore.com will not
accept returns that do not have an RMA number, so please make the RMA number
visible on the shipping label of the packages containing returned
product if possible.
3. Returns of unauthorized
returned merchandise will not be returned or refunded.
4. Please note that the customer
is solely responsible for shipping all returned products to HumbleHomeStore.com. The customer agrees to use only reputable
carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for
the entire value of the shipment. The customer agrees to bear
all shipping charges and risk of loss for the returned items during
shipment to HumbleHomeStore.com.
5. The Customer agrees to return
all products 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will
include all original packaging, contents, manuals, warranty cards,
and other hardware and accessories provided by the
manufacturer. HumbleHomeStore.com may reject partial shipments
and could choose to impose additional charges for replacement of
missing components.
6. HumbleHomeStore.com will not
refund the original shipping and handling charges. There is a
15% restocking fee that the customer must bear for all refunded
merchandise.
